Yeah maxilla is underdeveloped/recessed i think, i don’t think its your chin but chin is also on the smaller side. Thats why you probably have low under eye support and the nose looks proportionally bigger. Do you have any dental issues like overbite maybe?

Small overbite but thats normal, no idea if hard mewing will be affective because im still in puberty and the bones are more softer, might be coping

I don’t really know if those kind of things work, most of the time its cope but it wouldn’t hurt to try ig. Mewing is just tongue posture and hard mewing should in theory soften/open? the suture. Haven’t tried anything like this myself but you could try.
