Im 16 y/o and i just want to figure out if im chopped or not

Eye area and gonial angle are fried, get a haircut,and clean your face, lltn-mltn
 
Lower your bodyfat as much as you can and see what your jawline actually looks like. Fix those under eyes they are brutal, taper up the sides of your hair and leave it long on top but clean it up. Shape up eyebrows to be straighter and downturned, use an eyelash curler. Rn you are an LTN, not chopped but not attractive to women.

Everyone can improve, workout, clean your diet, and you'll feel and look better
 
Yeah ofc thats what i plan on doing i just dont really know what to do about looks n stuff

Only realistic thing you can do is lose day and debloat, Uther flaws can be fixed only by multiple surgeries

yes bro of course you can improve, you don't have any major flaws that will make you unattractive no matter how much you looksmax. You need to get lean, and not 14% body fat lean, 10-11% bodyfat lean. That's your main focus right now. If you wanna build muscle than get sub 10% bodyfat and bulk from there so when you finish your bulk your still around 13-14% bodyfat relatively lean, then do a light cut back down to 11%. Bulk slow and lean, cut a little bit. You are going to feel the most discomfort right now if you cut, weeks of being in a calorie deficit and losing weight but not noticing results and being bloated, then after a month in you will finally start noticing the change in your face and fat loss. That's how cutting is. Getting to sub 10% body fat is a 3 month process or longer if you wanna have stable energy levels and not have crazy brain fog all the time.

Yeah i was already in a calorie deficit for 3 weeks and i noticed little changes but it was like barely noticeable so im just hoping that i could go to the gym n stuff since i want muscles
