my jaw is a major flaw been mouth breathing growing up due to a deviated septum so im downgrown combine it with my narrow jaw

what you look like now is your base, skull structure eye area and stuff. if you have a shit base you cant really do much apart from surgery.

right now probably mmtn, with longer hair and no stache probably mhtn if you pick a longer hairstyle that suits your frame. its not all about the haircut btw but it does help.
