I have barely a jawline. Genuinely I have to stretch my neck out when I’m walking around normally just to not look like a chud. What do I do to fix this or am I cooked. Recessed on the side as well as a recessed lower jaw.

Posture is decent I’ve been trying to work on it and it got slightly better

Nah should I? And what would they do to help.

ortho should be the first thing you do. i cant tell you what they would do for you, but they have alot of appliances to help. but its also risky bc they dgaf about recessing you even further.

just talk to your ortho about any appliances you could further get to improve your oral health (and then come back to .org so we know if itll recess you or not)
