Been trying my best to ascend lately even hopped on the test bandwagon and gained 20lbs within a month. Had to recently cut down my calorie intake again bc i’ve lost all definition and am definitely at atleast 20% body fat. Lost all my self confidence while i was at it and am struggling on what i am possible doing wrong to not ascend my face. My height is permanently going to be at 5’11 which is fine since there is no way to change it but what am I doing to destroy my facial aesthetics and wasting my potential.
