Am I delusional? (Canthoplasty+llrr)

Trying to get lateral canthoplasty and pair it with lower lid retraction repair or something else like upper bleph. Speaking with the surgeons I feel like I'm delusional with my expectations, could someone give their input?
Ill put pictures on very ideal expectations but its a shit morph with little editing and mostly eye pulling. (If I am delusional link examples or morph what I should expect.)
