Current shit im doing rn is
Hyoid exercises (chin tucks, neck curls, rapid jaw openings)
Supplementing D3, Calcium, K2, Magnesium, Multivitamin and Cyproheptadine (cyproheptadine is my eating disorder medicine and it allows me to eat more the next day after I take it, I’m currently 102lbs so yeah it helps)
Mewing as my default tounge position + mouth tape during sleep to prevent mouth breathing
Beginning gym for test and igf-1 signalling but currently I’ve only been working arms and legs so far since im only like 1 month deep into it
I try to go outside and bike everyday when its sunny to get Vitamin D
Cetaphil Foaming Cleanser, Ice my face and Lotion is my skincare and I apply retinol at night to reduce darkness. I have tinted spf 50 sunscreen and hydrocortisone otw to my house rn so W
I’ve basically cut out most sodium from chips and goyslop in my diet and I’ve been eating nothing but fruits all day but there isn’t much good meat options in my house, currently working on improving that with my parents though so since my diet isnt very nutrient full yet, I’m just supplementing
And then obviously 8 hours of sleep for growth
Lmk if anything im doing rn is cope and what more I can do
