Am I doing enough or coping?

Im 14 m and really trying to ascend.

Everything I'm doing right is Chin tucks, neck curls, fast paced open mouth exercises (I'm pretty sure that's what they're called.) Mewing as much as i can, chewing hard jawline gum, bonesmashing zygos with knuckles, Zygo pushing, thumb pulling, a whole bunch of different eye exercises like stretching eyes and eyebrows or squinting while holding them up, and i put Vaseline on my eyebrows, i know it doesn't actually make them look thicker, but it makes it look like they are. I am going to buy castor oil for them though.

Then I am taking magnesium, fish oil, zinc, and some other vitamin gummies

I am 5,8-5,9 and weigh around 135-140 lbs, I feel like this is an average weight but yet im still fat, so i think its just my body fat percentage, and i have a short torso, idk if that has anything to do with it, but when i Lose weight, because I used to be 160 it's like i didn't loose any in my stomach, now i'm skinny fat which is the worst, but I am going to the gym whenever I can, and I am not going to post my face most likely.

Please let me know if anything I'm doing is absolute garbage and cope, and if there are other things i can/ should be doing, thank you.

dude most if not all of everything u just said was cope, zygo pulling cope, thumbpulling cope, everything cope!!!!1 eye excersises dont do shit, just add wrinkles, only mewing is the method, if u post a horrendus thread like that nobody will give u advice, just go to sleep on time, and get good diet, remmerb everything else is absoloute cope, softmaxxes work to an extend, either hardmaxx, cope or rope

I'm not sure about most of the stuff like zygopushing/thumbpulling/mouth opening exercises, eye exercises but it's mostly considered cope.

mewing is good to tighten up your submental region in the moment, i dunno if it does anything long-term.

Instead of the hard gum go for a jaw trainer since it's not as bad on your teeth. be careful with how much you do, make sure you don't develop a tmj disorder.

for your eyebrows you can purchase something known as a 'men pen' and just fill in lines where they're patchy. castor oil and vaseline both don't do much, castor oil is mainly to maintain hair health, not grow more hair. to grow hair look into topical OTC minoxidil

about your weight loss, maybe it's not a 'im too fat problem', maybe it's 'i'm at average body fat but I have no muscle so I look skinny-fat' problem.

some extra useful advice: sleep and wake up at the same times consistently, look into magnesium glycinate if you have problems sleeping, get blood work done and supplement accordingly for health, eat protein and make sure to chew your food thoroughly

Bone smashing does not work, promise you are not fat I’m close to your height and I’m good at 140 so you are chill, just do roids

99% of advice you get off tiktok is cope, no amount of pulling is gonna make you chad. Just pin hgh

bonesmashing is pretty much cope but it works tho by swelling it instead of making your bones bigger also just buy a lash and brow serum for your eyebrows also lashes idk about zygopushing and the other things u said but i heard most of them is cope
