Im 14 m and really trying to ascend.
Everything I'm doing right is Chin tucks, neck curls, fast paced open mouth exercises (I'm pretty sure that's what they're called.) Mewing as much as i can, chewing hard jawline gum, bonesmashing zygos with knuckles, Zygo pushing, thumb pulling, a whole bunch of different eye exercises like stretching eyes and eyebrows or squinting while holding them up, and i put Vaseline on my eyebrows, i know it doesn't actually make them look thicker, but it makes it look like they are. I am going to buy castor oil for them though.
Then I am taking magnesium, fish oil, zinc, and some other vitamin gummies
I am 5,8-5,9 and weigh around 135-140 lbs, I feel like this is an average weight but yet im still fat, so i think its just my body fat percentage, and i have a short torso, idk if that has anything to do with it, but when i Lose weight, because I used to be 160 it's like i didn't loose any in my stomach, now i'm skinny fat which is the worst, but I am going to the gym whenever I can, and I am not going to post my face most likely.
Please let me know if anything I'm doing is absolute garbage and cope, and if there are other things i can/ should be doing, thank you.
