Im 16 eat 200+ caloric surplus, i workout 3-4 times a week (Hiit) I sleep 8-9 hours i eat very optimal. A liter of milk daily 8 eggs fruits, freshcaught salmon 4 times a week, beef and chicken. Is there anything im missing. I think i have a pretty good base (mtn currently) will optimizing my development ascend me to htn after puberty.
