Im 16 eat 200+ caloric surplus, i workout 3-4 times a week (Hiit) I sleep 8-9 hours i eat very optimal. A liter of milk daily 8 eggs fruits, freshcaught salmon 4 times a week, beef and chicken. Is there anything im missing. I think i have a pretty good base (mtn currently) will optimizing my development ascend me to htn after puberty.

I went from sub 3 to mtn-htn thanks to puberty but it was 13-16 not 16-19

Im a late bloomer no cope. Ive ascended hard in the past few months grew a fuck tone aswell so im not coping i still look younger that 16 unfortunately but i think im entering peak puberty atleast i should be judging from my genetics ( both parents were late bloomers)
 
caloric suprlus not necessary, dont fall into the gymcell trap, try to train as less as possible

Yes, u r on a good track. I would say u dont really need to go on a coloric surplus just avoiding sugar and processed food is enough, plus remember lean is law especially when you are a teen, if u see caloric surplus is getting you a bit chubby just stop immediatly.

Yea i have had a history of getting fat like 2 times in the past. I would say i am at about 18-20% bf right now as i dont want to stunt my growth. I will try and get to 10% till summer. Also i havent eaten proccesed sugar in over 4 years literally. I stopped after i got fat during the quarantine. Only eat fruits.

start low volume high intensity weight lifting, hiit is pussy shit

avoid military press, deadlifts and squats tho
