Am I doing enough?

This is my Skincare routine:
AM
Cleanser
Vitamin C Serum
Azelaic Acid 20%
Moisturizer
Tinten sunscreen spf50

PM
Cleanser
Tret 0.1%
Moisturizer
Ghk-cu (since 20 days only)
Accutane 10mg

I still feel like I look unhealthy and tired and unclean. It's cuz of my infras probably. Also I'm gonna get my hands on Estriol cream. I've been doing this for 1-2 Months so should I just keep doing it and let time do it's thing or do I need to look forward to infra implants?
