I’m turning 16 in a month, I started puberty at around 12.5, I am currently 181cm or 5’11.5, barely grown in the past 12-14 months, maybe 2-3cm, my dad’s 172 (5’8ish, was malnourished during childhood, his youngest brother is 6’1), mom 165cm (5’5) but my sister grew to 174cm (5’8.5), and my great grandfather was around 192cm (6’4) and I have a 192cm tall wingspan how much more do I have left in the tank? also would hgh help?
