Am I downgrown or just fat?

Ive gone through some shit and put on 100 lbs over the past year and I look at photos of myself in the past and I feel like I wasnt downgrown, but i look at photos of myself now and i look pretty downgrown ima attach photos

loose weight and hit the gym it will definitely make things much better, after that you can see if you would need surgery but i would say 95% you dont need surgery
