i drink around 3-4 litera of water a day to debloat as a 54 kg person, and every time i drink a lot of water (usually at dinner/lunch) i piss literally 5-6 sometimes 7 times and the piss is always white its seriously pissing me off
am i drinking too much water or is this good?
