i guess my face is somewhat forward grown but also downward grown, do you guys think i would not benefit from a counter clockwise rotation and advancement of both jaws? therefore i would have a more higher and forward grown face coupled with infraorbital implants with frontal zygo projection.

but would it really be worth the money and recovery time?

undereye is so sneaky but it improves a person's look in an underrated amount while being rather not invasive THAT much.

i roughly estimate my bodyfat levels were fluctuating between at 15 20 percent at all pics, this pic was when i used to go to the gym

no i dont have gummy smile, but i have a bit buccal corridors if that matters, but i guess that is mostly due to my vertically short teeth, i guess i have been told my palate is wide by some trusted users.

You don't need a bimax, you have the same thing as me going on. You have a huge nose and a bad eye area, so the jawline and mouth are fine but everything else is terrible, that gives you the average look, I have the exact same problem. Only rhinoplasty and canthoplasty can fix those two problems.

that is what i thought,i would be a candidate for a bimax but comparing the risks involved, amount of finances and downtime required to recover from surgery, the outcome would not be THAT worth, also i have been looking at some IG models etc,some big names are not impressive when it comes to forward growth etc, i guess the amount i have is optimal for me.

while i have you here i want yo ask some stuff too ; might be a dumb question but, can you judge how many mm's i would probably need from these pictures to have this type of "popping" effect from frontal zygo area like dellisola has?

and also,for rhinoplasty, can i ask my surgeon to give me lower nasal bridge?

You dont need bimax your foward growth is great. Your face isnt downward grown and your gonial angle looks fine (around 130 degrees). If you need a bimax im assuming it would be for aligning teeth, it would be literall mm and you wouldnt see any facial improvements.

Your nose is also fine and you dont need a rhino. You are good looking already and I dont think you need any surgery. However if you want surgery your undereye area could use better support.

i have none of them man, but soon as i acquire ceph or x ray i will send them out to you for a better understanding of my situation whether i would benefit from such surgery.
