Eating around 60g of fat right now, and then normal amount of carbs and lots of protein. Is this good?

lol. I find it kind of funny when people say this. I'm 6'1 and was vegetarian my whole life till last summer. I also lost 25 pounds (177-152) on a fully vegetarian diet, and even built muscle mass/strength over the time period. Meat eating is mostly cope. If you have shitty genetics, you're screwed.
