I am 185cm and weight 65kgs and according to the body composition machine I am at 11% body fat which is just impossible I have 0 ab and actually have a belly,soft arms and a ton of bloat on my face what might be the reason water retention?Is it even possible for me to be 11% and have a belly is the machine wrong
