Am I ever going to recover my hair?

Last year I had a SEVERE case of androgenic alopecia, but I only started minoxidil at that time.

This is how my hair was looking last year:

In January of this year I finally started dutasteride, and my hair is still in a shedding phase. But I'm hoping this year my hair becomes normal and human again

Current hair:

I'm 18 and it all started at 17, did I start too late or I will be able to beat the norwood reaper??
