Am i losing hair?

I have noticed recently when ever i do a middle part, where my hair parts you can see my scalp, on the front too through my hair. Whenever i shower i notice i lose more hair than i usually do in the shower. Im 14 my dad and brother are bald and had hair loss, do i have it too?

i think you have diffused hair loss that can be caused from multiple things stress,nutrients,hormone changes, thyriod disorders and people with bulimia also have that shit but if it IS diffused hair loss its temporary so check it with a doctor so you can find out and if it is not then you're cooked lil bro

Alright ill research on google but i want to add things, i am sick rn so idk if its becaude of that, even when i was 12 before puperty you could see my scalp through my haie when i had a longer buzz so short hair everyone said i am bald bvuz of visible scalp
