I think IQ is the best tool we have but some people with high IQ's are dumb as shit. We don't have a perfect test and we don't know much about the brain either. You can have slave intelligence where you're really good at following orders but you're pretty bad at thinking for yourself, you're awkward etc. Some other people are not really good with that but they're leaders and very creative. To tell you who is smarter I don't know.
