Am i finna get taller or am i coping

I jst turend 16 yrs old and im 5’10 but recently ive kinda seen signs of maybe a growth spurt. I mean i sleep a lot more, am more hungry and all my joints are clicking. My dad is 6’1 and my mom is 5,5 maybe ive reached my potential but i dont think so since i have tens of cousins that are way older than me and they dont have tall parents. And most of them are 6foot+ going to like 6’6. If i do have a growth spurt what do i do to enhance it or am i jst straight up coping

Not cope. You have a tall dad, and growing at 16 sometimes even happens to manlets. Lethargy, joint pain and appetite are telltale signs of height or muscle growth. Might also be your frame developing into adult form (facial bone growth, clavs getting longer, etc.), which is also good.

I was growing some amount up until 18, was still getting growing pains in my legs less often.
Maintain good posture, eat good food, sleep well and you'll be good, dont stress
