Do not worry about that, to normal people that shit is unnoticeable, your biggest failio is that your skull is so small and makes you look like pajeet midget and ethnic ofc, but you can't do nothing about that so try studymaxxing until earn money for hardmaxx and pull salludon ascension, all best bhai

Yes it can seem that way. This is your natural posture at this point.
However your chin is raised too high, try standing against a wall and flattening your neck against it. That is what real human posture is, and will show your true forward growth.
