Am I fucked if I have hypothyroidism?

I've had it since I was like 3 and I've always taken medicine for it so I don't have any reason to think it's causing a problem, but I'm cooked as fuck. I don't know if having hypothyroidism affects certain hormones even with the medicine and if it could ruin my potential. I take levothyroxine for my medicine to fix it, I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about this and if I'm fine as is, as long as I take the meds
