Just realized that for the past 5 days I was doing 4x my ghk-cu and bpc-157 dose I thought I was. So it's been 8 mg ghk-cu and 1mg bcp-157. What should I do cause I don't know if it's really that bad or not.

shouldnt be a big deal esp for ghkcu, if you are pinning it, it will take weeks to apply

Stop taking both peptides immediately if you don't know how to use them. Using 8 mg GHK-Cu and 1 mg BPC-157 daily for five days is well above common experimental doses, but short-term exposure is unlikely to cause permanent harm.

iirc the human equivalent to the minimum effective dose for ghk-cu is like 20mg/day.

also make sure to supplement zinc to maintain the Cu/Zn balance

not that deep... people commonly use that dosage for bpc and the ghk is just gonna be temporary elevated copper levels you'll be fine

I take 20mg of GHK per day; will zinc intake compensate for it? I'm too lazy to risk copper poisoning.
