so like i have a fuckton of face fat and im obese as fuck and i want a rating or tips on specific facial features. i already know my face is asymetrical as shit and i have a muscle imbalance for my masseter.

Trust me lose all that weight first and then you can focus on everything else. You can't even see most of your facial features rn and losing weight is by far the best thing you can do rn.
