Am i getting my puberty back

15 here basically starvemaxxed myself at 13 (around 14 bmi) for like 6 months (700 calories).
I know this did some damage to me but honestly i grew a bit taller after that from june 23 to jan 24 i grew like 5 cm what i did notice in december is that i didnt grow for 11 months from jan 24 to dec 24.
Right now i've measured myself somehow i am a bit taller than i was in december about 1.5 cm and i've started getting wet dreams more frequently, pimples started mega spawning.

Am i getting my puberty back? I started supplementing all kinds of shit at the start of 25 so ig that did it.
