As far as softmaxxing goes, main legit things are leaning down, collagen maxing and preventing hairloss. Most other things here are cope.

Skin is such a halo I agree. You could also try ice therapy to increase ogee curve and definition. If you found a way to decrease the volume of your lower lip you would probably raise 0.5 psl.
