I keep getting nagging pains in the gym. Every week something hurts not the same that muscle soreness does more like joint and tendon pain.
I've been working out for 2 years now. I have a coach form is good everything is done consistently but these nagging pains keep coming.
I am at the point where I think I have a gh deficiency because I also have hard time building muscle and losing fat.
Should I just take test Atp FML
