They almost certainly have not closed yet, especially if you are still showing signs of going through puberty. But other then obvious things like eating healthy and exercising there is nothing you can do except hormone altering drugs. Based on your current height and age, unless your parents are like 5'5 you should be at least 5'10 if you optimize nutrition which is not bad.

Idk but I was 5'9 at 13, 5'11 at 14, 6'0.4 at 15, 6'1.3 at 16 and 6'1.6 rn (16.25) all morning heights if that helps

I'm a late bloomer and methods at the same time, my dad is 5'6 mom 5'4.
