Nose wont change. Your palate (upper jaw too) will get narrower and it‘ll be pulled backwards for about 2-3mm to close the overbite (guessing numbers) and your lower jaw should advance but more like in clockwise downwards rotation so it can compensate

if nose won’t change, and i already have a narrow lower jaw won’t it just make my whole face smaller ? upper and lower but in the end ratios still stay good?
