Infraorbital implants would be a better option I think.

They cover more area than tear through implants, and I believe you could benefit from that augmentation.

Would be good if you want zygo projection I guess, but I am not really a fan of off the shelf implants in general tbh.

Yes

no fat grafts cannot compare. They dont provide support they provide more soft tissue bulk to eventually sag. They also dont create angular bone augmentation look

Would be a Mix of undereye fat graft and malar implant any good?
