try to maximize forward growth before you're facial sutures close. it's usually an underlying bone structure issue but I also notice you have a lot of cheek fat which can be solved with lower bodyfat and if not, use aqualyx to get rid of it. rep me

i mean you look good but there's a main flaw that can't be changed without surgery, the eye area, i guess you've already noticed the difference, they aren't in the same position, about can you can do without surgery is probably fixing ur skin, getting rid of smile lines, training your neck, so basically go to the gym, but don't bulk.
