How do I get lean fast

I am 15 and want to lose lots of bf and get lean, because im at a good spot with my height, and my face isn’t terrible just still need to work on it. But I want to get lean because my biggest problem always was being overweight. I ⭐️d myself a year ago and lost like 15 pounds and I regret it cause now I know how easy it is to lose weight. But now I’m at a good weight for my height as I am 5’10 150. But I am still chubby and have man tits and it’s high key disgusting. I get over 10k steps a day. I lift and do cardio 3x a week, but my belly fat won’t go away. I know eating well is a good place to start but is there anything else I should do, also what cardio is the best for losing body fat, I usually go on the stair master for 15 minutes.
 
Is it true that a calorie deficit stunts growth
Yeah i guess but you can take HGH for height growth also i dont think a slight calorie deficit (250-500) will stunt your growth if you take enough sun (vitamin D), protein and calcium.

Dont listen to him he is fucking clueless, hgh alone wont make you grow even a single inch

cardio 14x a week minimum, do two 45min session twice a day minimum of hard cardio, lifting weights is secondary if your a fat fuck, go get lean first
