Am i hitting a growth spurt? (16)

I have noticed my knees and ankles hurting and also when i wake up my lower back hurts (not painful just like really mild)
Could that mean im having a growth spurt since im 1cm taller than 3 weeks ago or do i just have bad joints and I'm coping
If i'm growing what can i do to make the best of It

I thought i was the only one this was happening too, im guessing that if ur 16 with those pains and u already grew like a centimetre then you’ll probably notice slightly quicker growth in the next few months
