If I was going to do surgeries I would consider, double jaw surgery (I'm not sure I'd benefit much from it but I know I could still be more projected in my jaws), genioplasty (as you mentioned), infra orbital implants, zygo implants and maybe ramus implants because my ramus is on the shorter side.

Off topic a little bit but, do you know about Salludons course and if you do what do you think of it?

when i was 13 I started doing a lot of chewing and implementing good habits. Thank fuck i started nose breathing then too.
