Thx for advice and honesty, I started tretinoin a week ago and looking to maybe do some microneedling as well as possibly PRP stem cell therapy as skin is my biggest flaw IMO. As for hair I have straight 1A fine hair that I can fraud a bit with hair products but if I grow it out its just way to straight and gets all over on my face makes me look worse IMO.
