Am I HTN or still MTN

Been trying to debloat for a while now, and I think I’ve made some progress. I’m 6’1” and curious where I’d be rated right now. I know HTN might be a stretch, but would I at least fall into the HMTM range

MTN great bone mass but fucked proportions and strange eye area. Maybe shorten your eyebrows laterally and darken them, your upper lip is really lacking, but it doesn't look like your cheekbiting
