Face is too narrow and maxilla is flat as well as a bad nose to lip ratio (as you said with lip width being bad) so unfortunately not htn. I would say around lmtn-mmtn. Widening lips without surgery could be slightly done with a palate expander but changes are not dramatic. However I would say you still need palate expander since it looks narrow

facial width wont increase nearly as significantly as height so the issue will likely get worse rather than better however the gonions might fix themselves if u are a late bloomer
