yea but u can still improve, I'd get a fade on the sides and trim your back hair a bit, and also improving ur eye area could potentially ascend you to hhtn or chadlite

Yea I normally do a low taper but since my hair is covering it I don’t do it that often. And what can I do to improve eye area

there is exercises and types of surgery, but if you want it to improve like instantly and cheap i'd suggest colored contacts or makeup
