I'm a 20 year old guy, tell me whether these factors actually make a difference:
- 3 hours of sleep
- I have soft/neotenous features but I have slight, messy facial hair visible across my chin and philtrum region
- ate a burger from McDonald's this morning
- consumed a shit load of sugar yesterday, my skin looks poor rn

Do these factors actually make a considerable difference or is it all cope and genetics are everything.

I literally don't know anymore, I don't trust myself.
