Test at 19.4 nom/L
Testosterone Free 449 pmol/L
Estradiol at 48 pmol/L

Insulin fasting is at 114 pmol/L
IGF-1 at 355 ug/L
FSH at 4.8 IU/L
LH at 4.5 IU/L

I got pretty bad gyno and I am at 28% bf. Asked an AI and even tho the reference ranges look normal/good the ai says that all of my stats are on the lower ranges. Especially the IGF-1 which scales from 200 ug/L to 900 ug/L, and this is after 15 hours of fasting.

Please help me out so I know what to optimise and what I have that is currently ideal.

you have to lose weight, 28% body fat will cause a lot more aromatization of testosterone to estrogen. Should be at the highest 15% body fat.

Yea I'm trying Ive already went from 98kg to 93 kg which is like a 3% bf difference

go to a doctor to get a description
theyre gonna just tell me everything looks normal. I want ideal. And in the doctors eyes there are no ideal, if ur testosterone is 200 ng/dl that is considered normal
