Not much, you just have some lines near your eyes and some other blemishes.

I see. I have a scar under my right eye. How would I even get rid of the lines under the eyes? Are the lines because of my infraorbitals?

I have no clue, you could try a number of things that might make the scar less visible, like tretnoin or Retinoids.
