ill be fully honest ur not gonna ascend too much from that but it will help a lot , in the eyes of normies you wouldve gained +1 or maybe +2 on their rating but if u do that u can go to high ltn or low mtn but ur features arent too striking ur dimorphism is kind of low since ur jaw is not developed

eat good food and get lots of sun and at this point dont give a shit about ur skin u would rather get more bone mass than good skin which u can get whenever u want

You're like high LTN or low MTN and you look too old to grow bones. Only surgery is saving you. Since you have low bonemass, try maxxing the prettyboy archetype, shave, keep long hairs, keep your skin clear, get lean... it's everything you can do without surgery
