I don't think you can improve more tbh
your eye separation is chopped as hell
your jaw is pretty good
can't tell if you need genio or not because your pictures aren't very good & I'm not in the mood of thinking about this stuff

OBO can push you Chadlite but it might make you uncanny sub-5 if it goes wrong
It's a high risk surgery
