am i making a mistake doing political science in uni

im shit at math and the sciences and i need to pick my a levels and im opting to political science in uni, the current a levels i have (i can change them whenever within the next 3 months) are english language, politics and economics. also is political science good like if im smart do i have a chance at making money in that field. the careers counselors are too nice and will glaze every field i need to hear from people who took political science, particularly in london since thats where im going

political science is an awful degree, a level econ is gonna be harder than you think it will be, english language isn’t an easy one either so if youre gonna do some hard subjects do the super hard ones for a real reward or just do easy subjects and do a shit degree, political science is an ass degree and you’re doing relatively demanding subjects to get into it, not worth it

most people in politics aren't even people wit ha politics degree, they're people with a big following, or theyre people with experience in journalism, and to be a journalist you need a levels like English language, history etc and also powerful people in politics are (most the time) just people who owned businesses, accountants, lawyers etc like just normal jobs who started a movement, for example Imran khan of Pakistan was a cricket player and he was one of the biggest politicians, kier starmer, Donald trump, Rishi Sunak, dont have politics degrees, and people in parliament dont have those degrees either, its a useless degree
