Please give me a rating. Im 18, 5’11 and around 72kg. My BF% is probably around 15-20%. What can I realistically do (excluding surgery) that can improve my looks?

nobody is ever maxxed out you can leanmaxx further and change the hairstyle you look very boyish stop the fade you are hmtn/lhtn leanmaxxing and hairstyle can ascend you a lot I think cl potential
