My bdd is worse than you could even imagine , I have 2 mirrors on my bed rn so I can hold them both up to simultaneously check both sides of my profile , and I take a selfie like every 2 minutes .

Im the same, if i look like shite in one of those pics i get severe bdd and become depressed for thecrest of the day.

According to an oldcel friend I have in UK if you say you have troubles with your looks and it's interfering your life they would diagnose you with BDD and eventually maybe pay for some surgery.
