Every time I go outside I feel like everyone is looking at me and judging the way I look.I don't know if I look good in their eyes and that thought makes me really anxious.I'm especially scared when my teachers ask me to stand up while everyone else is sitting.It happens every time. I feel like all the students are staring at me,and I become really awkward.My heart starts racing and my face turns red.I also don't really hang out with my friends, and I don't have many close friends.Most of the time I keep to myself because I feel uncomfortable around other people. I spend most of my time alone in my room, sitting in front of my computer, constantly searching for ways to fix myself.
