I have heard from people in this server that jutting for a long period of time -6 months would allow the mandible to come forward towards its natural position after recession caused by mouth breathing and poor posture.

so as I currently have an overbite when I bite normally, I jutted my mandible so my teeth are directly on top of each other, lightly touching.

So alongside conventional mewing would this be enough push my mandible forward.

And I know most people on this server despise mewing but hey I have nothing to lose
