Am I MTN or Lower? Rate + Surgery Maxxing Advice

As the title says, I'd like to get rated. I think I'm an MTN. I'm doing as much softmaxxing as possible, including growing my hair out like Bass.
As for surgery, I'm considering genioplasty, rhinoplasty, and possibly zygomatic implants.
